Iraqi refugees recently arrived in the United States work at the A2Z cleaning company. Many of the refugees from Iraq are well-educated, middle class Iraqis with extensive professional experience. They have a hard time accepting entry-level, low-paying menial jobs to survive when they arrive in the United States.
