Villiers-Le-Bel Rioting
Nadège Tanier, a resident of Villiers-Le-Bel, points at the Louis Jouvet Library which was burned during widespread rioting and violence sparked by the deaths of two youths, Moushin, 15, and Laramy, 16. The two teenagers were killed when the motorcycle they were riding collided with a police car.
