Hebron Jewish Community
Jewish worshipers arriving in Hebron by foot, escorted by the Israeli military, to participate in the Haye Sarah Shabbat. Thousands of Jews, and a large number of settlers come to Hebron for the Haye Sarah during which the story of Abraham purchasing the land and cave on which stands the Tomb of the Patriarchs is read.
