Friday prayers at the Umm Qasr Husseinia mosque. Umm Qasr is the first town in Iraq to be handed back to an interim Iraqi administration. Sheik Ismail Ali al-Timimi of the mosque is the head of the election committee organizing voting to select a permanent town council.
