A man with multiple gunshot wounds and whose injuries are too severe to be treated at the al-Kadisia Hospital is wheeled onto the street to be transfered to another hospital. Thora City, formerly known as Saddam City, is a vast slum of 3 million Shiite Muslims, long marginalized and oppressed by Saddam Hussein's regime.
