Haider Faisel Khadem Joad al-Zubaidi, 16 years old, lost both his legs to a US cluster bomb during the war. His mother weeps for her son's condition. Haider's father died last year from a stomach illness and his twin brother died of diabetes last year, both because they could not get the medication that they needed.
