Villagers caring for a tree nursery that was created by the UNGVT village collective. The nurseries grow some thirty different tree species. Each family has committed to plant trees in the area every year. The UNGVT initiated the program to fight against desertification and erosion of agricultural land, serious problems in the central Mossi plateau.
